I’m almost 5”4 tall and 198.4 lbs is my weight today. I’m determined to get back to myself and to the weight i once weighed! keeping updates almost every day starting today. October 2, 2013.
I’m breaking it up into 10 goals to keep me moving and not giving up after the first 20 pounds like I always do.

6th goal weight:145.0
7th goal weight: 138.0
8th goal weight: 130.0
9th goal weight: 122.0
10th and final goal weight 115.0-120.0
